From this vibrant metropolis, we bring you our favorite ancient nourishing Thai recipes, along with new discoveries and dishes that we enjoy daily, all created mindfully for your well-being.
βkin + deum" means "to eat and to drink" in Thai, and we invite you to do so in the most wholesome way possible. We are dedicated to preserving the rich traditions of Thai cuisine and snacks, with a focus on the art of well-being. Our wholesome rice chips are crafted from watermelon juice, pure natural herbs, sun-dried spices, and tropical fruits, creating a unique and delicious flavour. They are vegan and made without gluten, palm oil, or MSG. Our mango sticky rice flower bites offer a crunchy snack experience, made from the sweetest mangoes sourced from Chantaburi, Thailand.

Roselyn Inngern
Into people, food and culture and art. Roselyn is keen on the nutritional benefits of our dishes and is particular on what makes the perfect Thai meal. Roselyn eats the most too. She looks after our front of house team and cares for our customers as much as she does for our family. When Roselyn is not at kin + deum, she is in Bangkok, trying new dishes, sourcing new plates and cutleries and exploring nature and its beauty. She recently open her new plant-based restaurant called Plants of Roselyn.

Shakris Inngern
Into numbers, dogs and outdoor activities. Shakris finds joy in planning and strategy, navigating kin + deum into new roads and potentiality. Shakris is usually in Bangkok with our french bulldog @luckyythefrenchie and continuously finds inspiration in and around Thailand. When Shakris is not at kin + deum, he is taking walks in temples in Bangkok for clarity and peace and enjoys discovering the history of Thailand and South East Asia.

Bank Inngern
Into food, fashion & architecture. Bank creates the recipes and design of all our dishes. Bank usually cooks for all the family when in the UK or in Asia. When bank is not at kin + deum, he is creating his fashion brand @mulgaro, whilst also admiring architecture and having a glass of white wine.
